Professional Journey in Graphic Design and Digital Concept Development
My academic and professional journey commenced at University College Nordjylland (UCN), where I pursued an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design. This program provided me with foundational expertise in various editing tools, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and others. Additionally, it offered an introduction to communication and marketing principles.
Eager to deepen my technical skills, I subsequently enrolled in a Top-up program in Digital Concept Development. This phase of my education allowed me to refine my technical abilities and broaden my knowledge base. Throughout my studies, I accumulated approximately eight months of hands-on experience in the field.
Post-graduation, I embarked on learning Danish, achieving proficiency up to Module 3.4. This linguistic endeavour coincided with my relocation to Copenhagen, where I engaged in freelance work and continued my educational pursuits through additional courses. My dedication and skill were recognised when I was invited to return to UCN as a Substitute Lecturer.
At UCN, my responsibilities were diverse and enriching. I taught classes in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Visual Communications, Design Process, and Digital & Graphical Publications. In addition to teaching, I assumed the role of Coordinator for one of the classes, overseeing curriculum development and coordinating with fellow lecturers to ensure the program's success.
My commitment to continuous professional development led me to pursue a Master's degree in Information Architecture, a goal I had set early in my career. The master's program was an intensive exploration of rhetoric, persuasive design, web technology, databases, and information architecture in organisations, among other subjects. A notable highlight during this period was my internship at Seluxit A/S in Aalborg, where I served as an Information Architect Intern. Demonstrating exceptional motivation and skill, I was offered a part-time position as a Front-end Designer and Developer while still completing my studies.
This journey has been an exhilarating blend of challenges, emotions, and invaluable connections. I am grateful for the experiences and relationships forged along the way and am excited to see what the future holds in my professional path.

Expanding Horizons: Diverse Roles in Digital Marketing and Technical Consultancy
Solution Expert at Wunderman Thompson (Dec 2019 - Jan 2021): In this role, my primary focus was on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC), leveraging AMPscript and SQL for various tasks. My responsibilities included creating HTML emails using standard templates, orchestrating email campaigns, developing workflows and target group criteria, and executing technical troubleshooting. I was adept at setting dynamic content tailored to client requirements using AMPscript, and proficient in utilising SQL queries and databases for generating target audiences.
I also undertook additional responsibilities, such as devising an onboarding process for the Campaign Specialists team and aiding Coordinators in comprehending and executing specialist tasks. My role expanded to leading tutoring sessions for new specialists, overseeing their onboarding and subsequent evaluations. As a first-level technical support for the Marketing Operations team, I worked closely with Producers for process optimisation, assured daily operations quality, and contributed to incident report handling. My role served as a crucial link between the Marketing Operations team and Development, participating in Dev Standups, performing quality assurance reviews, and facilitating technical client calls. I also trained and supported specialists with complex technical solutions.

Jr. Technical Consultant at Anthill Agency (Feb 2021 - Jan 2022):
My responsibilities as a Junior Technical Consultant included supporting and leading the delivery of Anthill’s Technical offerings in collaboration with the Commercial Department. This involved delivering e-Detailers, Approved Emails, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and providing consultancy on IT platforms. I served as the internal knowledge base for ad-hoc questions and was instrumental in engaging with client project teams to identify and deliver the necessary solutions and insights.

Senior CRM & Automation Technical Consultant (Jan 2022 - Present):
In my current role, I am involved in the strategic development of DEEP's clients, contributing to budget achievement and project execution. My tasks encompass managing and implementing CRM and marketing automation activities, from strategy to final product delivery. As a subject matter expert, I advise on systems limitations, technical capabilities, and potential growth areas to enhance client growth and customer experience. My focus is on delivering agreed-upon project scopes within time, budget, and required capabilities.
My expertise spans a range of platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, SF Interaction Studio, Twilio SendGrid, HubSpot, Exponea (Bloomreach), Veeva, and IQVIA, with certifications and extensive experience in these areas.

Bloomreach Ambassador (Jul 2023 - Present):
As a Bloomreach Ambassador, I am part of an elite community of professionals with deep expertise in Bloomreach products. My role involves using data-driven strategies to optimize on-site experiences and e-commerce capabilities. In this capacity, I actively engage in championing Bloomreach solutions, sharing insights, and collaborating with the team to enhance product offerings and assist businesses in delivering exceptional e-commerce experiences.
My responsibilities include collaborating and networking with other industry experts and thought leaders, as well as the Bloomreach team. I showcase my expertise and thought leadership within the Bloomreach community and beyond. This role has provided me opportunities to be featured in speaking sessions at major conferences, lead webinars, and share best practices with peers.
In each of these roles, my focus has been on leveraging technology to enhance marketing strategies, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth. My journey has been marked by a constant pursuit of knowledge and excellence in the field of digital marketing and technical consultancy, underpinned by a commitment to delivering tangible results for clients and organizations.
